Job Description
- Conceptualize, develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Produce engaging social media content with a strong focus on growing in the Facebook community
- Grow engagement in the form of new followers, monthly active members, interactions and comments on Facebook
- Identify trending topics for content opportunities and develop a content calendar to ensure a constant supply of relevant content in the Facebook community
- Create monthly KPI’s to analyze content performance across social media platforms
- Build and create our social media strategy by understanding different needs in different social media communities
- Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
- Strong project management skills and ability to be creative operationally and strategically
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital ads strategy and implementation
- Extensive experience and knowledge with Facebook Ad manager, Google AdWords and digital platforms
- Outstanding communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams
